Redefining Digital Infrastructure Development
RESPONSIBILITY
Rowan has proven our commitment to low-impact, high-value development, and partnering with end users that adhere to our strict standards of conservation and community collaboration.
Rowan understands that data center developers have an obligation to the communities they build in to limit the impact of development — and we have a track record across the country to show for it.
Rowan is transitioning an underused tract of land into something that will have tangible benefits for local families for generations to come.
Rowan leads the data center industry in sustainability best practices – from energy consumption to recycling construction material, we hold ourselves to extremely high standards that lead to low-impact development.
RESPONSIVENESS
Rowan has intentionally built collaborative and productive relationships within the Medina County community to build our project with their feedback in mind — and will continue to seek out their thoughts throughout the development process.
We have identified a liaison between our company and the county government to answer questions and be available for progress reports.
We are voluntarily entering into a comprehensive construction mitigation agreement to ensure that traffic, noise, and dust from our development will have a third-party monitoring.
We are designing our site with substantial setbacks from other property lines to respect the privacy of our neighbors.
COMMUNITY-ORIENTED
Rowan has intentionally built collaborative and productive relationships within the Medina County community to build our project with their feedback in mind — and will continue to seek out their thoughts throughout the development process.
Constructing this facility will support 635 jobs, including $48.1M in salaries to these workers and $41.7M in taxable spending during construction.
Once operational, the facility is expected to yield a $3.6B economic impact for Medina County over 20 years, including $158.8M in annual economic output for the county and 172 permanent jobs (direct, indirect, and induced).
Roughly $29M is expected to flow to the local school system and benefit local students for decades to come.
